Small apartment consisting of 2 rooms, with 3 large closets, & bath above kitchen in historic home. Used to be the maid's quarters: the reason it's above the kitchen. We are willing to trade rent with someone who has "horse" experience and can help 15 hours per week feeding in the evenings or weekends. We have 230 acres and 60 horses-not a small facility.
